INFORMATION REGARDING THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY OF THE COMPANY IKILER TEKSTIL MUMESSILLIK VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI

DATA CONTROLLER

In accordance with the PDPP, your personal data may be processed by IKILER, as the data controller within the scope explained below.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data shared in the context of your relationship with IKILER, such as customers, consumers, suppliers, authorized dealers, visitors, and others, will be processed in accordance with the PDPP for the following purposes and will be deleted or anonymized if the purposes in question are completely eliminated, ex officio or based on your request.

1. Personal data is processed for the reasons stipulated in the PDPP and other legal legislation.
2. The purpose of processing personal data in accordance with the law is to perform the services we provide / will provide in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, the relevant contract and technology, to improve our products and services, to understand consumer needs, to respond to their requests more quickly and to provide better service by improving our communication with our consumers, to inform you about our products and services, to receive your opinions about our products and services, to direct our supply processes, to carry out our commercial activity subjects, to fulfil our information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by judicial and administrative authorities, to engage in advertising and promotional activities, to analyse and develop our current and potential human resources and customer portfolio.

All personal data recorded by our company will be protected with all necessary and reasonable measures in accordance with the provisions of the PDPP No. 6698.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER

Your collected personal data may be transferred, in accordance with PDPP and other legal regulations, to third-party data processors, financial institutions, other service providers, business partners, dealers, agents, regulatory authorities, and public institutions within the limits set by applicable laws, as needed to conduct and improve our commercial activities.

METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

• Forms and declarations based on person’s explicit consent,

• Applications submitted via authorized channels,
• Contracts made by our company with customers and others, our website, and other channels,
• Forms collected during training and events,
• Data obtained at fairs conducted to carry out our activities,
• Cookies and similar technologies used to recognize users during website visits. When you provide information through the IKILER website or by other means, you explicitly consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data for the purposes outlined above.
• Users who fill out the IKILER contact form are deemed to have given their consent to receive information via email or mobile phone (SMS, MMS) regarding IKILER’s activities, campaigns, and promotional offers

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, every individual has the right to apply to the Data Controller to:

1. Learn whether personal data has been processed,
2. Request information if personal data has been processed,
3. Learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is being used in line with that purpose,
4. Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. Request the correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. Without prejudice to the provisions of other laws regarding the deletion, destruction or anonymization of personal data, personal data shall be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by the data controller ex officio or upon the request of the relevant person, in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, despite having been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws. Within the framework of the aforementioned conditions, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
7. Request notification of the actions taken under items (5) and (6) to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
8. Object to any outcome to their detriment resulting from the analysis of personal data exclusively by automated systems,
9. Request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data
